This a blog created for those of us that have suffered abuse of any kind and for those who may know someone who has and wants to show support. My hope is that not only can I find some healing for myself but maybe my story, our stories, will help alleviate the pain in others by letting them know that we are not alone. No one can take our lives from us. The power is ours.

FlaviaBrazuca: I was Born in Sao Paulo Brazil and moved to the US when I was very young. I am a wife, a mother and a survivor. I love my life, I love to travel and I love my home country of Brazil.. I decided to create a this blog in the hope of finding some kind of peace of mind. If my story can be heard by just one person and make a positive impression than my job is done. I have come to a point in my life where I realize that what is killing me is my silence. I LOVE MY LIFE an I will live every moment of it to it's fullest capacity.
